用IAR给MSP430f4152烧写程序，总提示找不到单片机。仿真器用的UIF。
出错信息是：

The debugging session could not be started。
Either the debugger initialization failed,or else the file
"F:ExaminationE-MeterDebugExedg.d43" was corrupt or of an unsupported format.
There might be more information in the Debug Log Window
请问这是什么原因？我硬件连线检查过好几次应该没有问题。请教大牛们这可能是什么原因造成的

换了电脑，重焊了板子，仿真器在别的板子上好用，MS板子硬件问题。但是，这个报错信息实在是令人摸不着头脑，看上去不像是硬件方面的报错嘛！
报错信息是：
The debugging session could not be started。
Either the debugger initialization failed,or else the file
"E:MCUDebugExeMy.d43" was corrupt or of an unsupported format."。
报错后，看Debug log是这样的：Failed to load debugee: E:MCUDebugExeMy.d43
对比下两个板子相关的电路。有时电容不同，都会有影响
